Why Kaplan DC

I'm Abdullah ,I'm from Saudi Arabia .I came to US to study English. I was in Cleveland,Ohio.
I've been studying in Kaplan since Jan. I chose Kaplan because I want to learn English. Then I want to get GRE/GMAT course.
I want to improve my English and I want to study in American university.
I'm looking for admission in Gorege Washington university to get master dgree.
